Typically, all other applications for a German study visa are processed within 3 months. After successfully completing your studies in Germany, you have the opportunity to apply for an 18-month residence permit to search for work. While searching for a qualifying job, you can accept any type of employment in Germany to support yourself. If you secure a job after finishing your studies, you can obtain either a residence permit for skilled workers or an EU Blue Card.
